Return Process

  Log into your Livspace Home account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective wraps are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our specialized furniture courier will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient time for doorstep collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
